Why we run our own cloud kitchen

Shino doesn’t list hundreds of restaurants. We cook every dish ourselves. Here’s why that matters for taste, hygiene and speed.

Most food apps are marketplaces: they connect you to restaurants and hand the order to a rider. Shino works differently. Every dish on the app is cooked in Shino Kitchen – our own cloud kitchen inside each hub.

Consistent taste

Our cooks follow our own recipes, so the chicken biryani you loved last week tastes the same this week. When we change a recipe, it’s because we tested it – not because a different restaurant picked up the order.

Hygiene we control

We set the routines for prep, cooking and packing ourselves, and our kitchen crew is trained on them. There’s no guessing what happens behind someone else’s counter.

Faster, together with groceries

Because the kitchen sits next to Shino Mart in the same hub, we can pack your dinner and your groceries together and deliver them in one trip, typically in 45–60 minutes.
