Shino is a Chennai-born food and grocery app operated by AIQ Sixty Five SmartKart Hub Pvt Ltd. We started with a simple idea: the person ordering dinner usually also needs milk, vegetables or bread for tomorrow. So we built hubs that do both.
Our story
Online ordering in India split into two worlds – restaurant apps and grocery apps. Families were paying twice, waiting for two riders and managing two carts.
We built Shino to bring them back together. Each Shino SmartHub has its own cloud kitchen and its own mart, run by our own team. One app, one cart, one delivery.
Behind the hubs is AIQ technology that forecasts what every neighbourhood needs, so we can keep things fresh, cook faster and waste less.
Today we serve Ambattur and OMR in Chennai. Next: ten hubs across Chennai and Coimbatore.
