Food and groceries in one cart: how Shino works

Why Shino lets you order biryani and a litre of milk in the same order – and how one delivery from your neighbourhood hub makes that possible.

It’s 8 pm. Dinner is sorted – you’re ordering biryani – but there’s no milk for tomorrow’s coffee and the tomatoes ran out yesterday. On most apps that means two orders, two delivery fees and two riders arriving at different times. On Shino it’s one cart.

One hub, two stores

Every Shino hub has two parts under one roof: Shino Kitchen, our own cloud kitchen, and Shino Mart, our own grocery store. Because both are run by the same team in the same building, your food and your groceries can be packed together and leave on the same delivery.

How to order

• Download the Shino app on Android or iPhone and set your location.
• Add dishes from Shino Kitchen and groceries from Shino Mart to the same cart.
• Pay online or choose cash on delivery.
• Track your order to the door in 45–60 minutes – or choose pickup at the hub.

Where it works today
